We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies provided they have acupuncture coverage. 

For both in and out-of-network coverage, you are responsible for the full cost of payment until deductible has been met. Verification of coverage by insurance companies either by phone or insurance online system is not a guarantee of full payment of the cost of treatment. If you are using Out-of-Network coverage, you are responsible for covering partial or full cost of unpaid services.
